The agenda for scheduled meetings is posted by 4:30pm the Monday prior to a Thursday meeting.

Meeting Schedule

Regular meetings of the Waterford Unified School District Board of Trustees are typically held at 7:00 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month in the WUSD Board Room 319 N. Reinway Ave., Waterford, CA 95386. Meeting start times may vary due to Closed Session - please note the time on the Agenda under Closed Session.

Viewing the Agenda

From this page, you can see the current agenda and descriptions of the items by clicking the MEETINGS link in the upper left corner of this page. The most current meeting agenda will open. If back up information is available for an item you may view it by clicking on that item. You may have to scroll down to view all information and/or download any attachments.

As more meetings are posted on the site, clicking the CALENDAR link will allow you to select the current meeting or past meetings that are in the system (since February 2009*).

Clicking on individual agenda items will show any additional information on that item.

Please Note: Meeting minutes are available for review only after they have been adopted by the Board at the next regular board meeting.

Printing the Agenda

After navigating to a meeting agenda, the agenda can be printed by going to the upper right corner of the page, and clicking the PRINTABLE VERSION - AGENDA link.

Any individual agenda item can be printed by selecting that item, then clicking the PRINTABLE VERSION link in the upper right corner.

*To view Agendas and Minutes prior to February 2009, please go to our website by clicking the link at the bottom of this page. Once on the website, go to Forms then WUSD Agenda and Minutes. Click on the item you want to view. If you do not see the Agenda and/or Minutes that you would like to view, contact the WUSD District Office at (209) 874-1809.
