1. Members of the public may be heard on any item within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board. The law limits the response of Board members and prohibits the Board from taking any formal action. A person addressing the Board will be limited to 3 minutes, unless the Chairman of the Board grants a longer period of time. Comments on an item on the agenda will be allowed during consideration of the item by the Board. Complaints against specific District employees should be resolved through the District's Personnel Complaint Procedure. The right to address the Board does not exempt the speaker from any potential liability for defamation. The proceedings of the Board are recorded and are a part of the public record.

1. Second Reading and Approval of the Single Plan for Student Achievement 2014-15 for all School Sites      (V)  
 

School Site Councils meet to discuss revisions of the Single Plan for Student Achievement for the 2014-15 school year. Site principals share how the plan is developed and data used to set this year's goals. No fiscal impact.

         
2. Approval of Seniority List for Classified and Certificated Employees      (V)  
  Seniority lists are updated annually
         
3. Approval of School Psychologist Contract Agreement with Heather Burnett for 2014-15 for Early Childhood Education      (V)  
 

This contract is for services previously provided by SCOE. Fiscal impact not to exceed $24,368 based on 30 assessments.

         
4. Approval of the Medi-Cal Administrative Claiming Agreement for 2014-15 School Year      (V)  
  This is an annual agreement with SCOE for claiming services provided for the School-based Medi-Cal Administrative Activities Program (SMAA).
